    Perfect gift!

    Bought this online for a gift for Christmas. Came packed very well but unfortunately there was some damage on the front of the frame. The store staff replaced it no problem, great service! Ended up buying two more after since they looked so good.

    Sturdy frame

    The delivery packaging was perfect and kept the item safe. The frame is just as I thought it would be. The only caveat is that there a number of little plastic holders that holds the back on. Its a bit of work to take them apart and I used a screwdriver for that.

    Tres beau cadre robuste et facile d'utilisation. Je conseillerai juste de faire attention au vis en arrière du cadre car celles-ci font des traces sur le mur.

    Solid overall, strange mounting hardware

    We like those frames a lot, except for the mounting hardware. These are not Nielsen frames. They have little rubber knobs that one twists into place at the desired height, to hold the hanging wire. They'll be difficult to find if they ever need replacing, and the frames are heavy, so I'm not sure I trust the knobs to stay put. Then again, they're still on the wall!
