    wine glasses

    I shopped at the EQ3 in Manhattan and saw white wine glasses I liked. A good value, decent quality glasses. Since I wanted a dozen, I had them shipped. The glasses have been as expected. A pleasure to use with guests. Not the very highest quality I’ve owned, but for the price a great value. When the glasses arrived, one of them was shattered. I contacted an EQ3 rep and she helped me start the refund process. I was later contacted by a manager who needed pictures of the broken glass. This oddly took three sets of communication. Finally, she processed the order. I elected to get a credit, rather than EQ3 ship just one glass, though I only have a set of 11 right now. I thought the refund process could be more streamlined, but in the end, everything worked ok.

    Nice simple glasses

    Glasses weren't packaged very well and a few glasses came broken. EQ3 was great and shipped new ones.
