    The cover of the pillow

    The cover of the pillow is so soft! We are really happy to be able to lean on these while we watch television. I wish that the cover fit the feather insert better. I have to put more effort into re-shaping the pillow to get it close to looking the way it does in the images online. The insert slides around a lot and is a little noisy when it rubs against the cover. The cover feels like a lightweight sweater and I wonder if it would have helped to have a cover lining material added. The cover material has become fuzzier after about a month of use but I don't mind it much. The box was crushed when I received it. I was lucky the pillows were okay but they could have been wrapped in more than just a thin plastic bag.

    Disappointing

    I was really excited about these pillows, but the quality just isn't there for the price. The material seems cheap, and it's pilling after a few months of normal use on our couch. The pillows themselves don't keep their shape either. I regret the purchase.
