    Looks great. But I’ve had

    Looks great. But I’ve had problems with the electrical on 2 of your items including this one. I need a new power brick for this lamp. Whenever it gets kicked, the lamp goes out and we have to fiddle with reconnecting it. Very touchy connection between the brick and the lamp!

    Return procedures need improvement

    Writing this review hoping that it will snag someone’s attention at the company. EQ3 has an awful return policy, after making it sound super easy on the website. This lamp didn’t suit our needs - too dim for the space. Requested a return and after getting the runaround from support staff, finally got a mailing label. Still no refund after the item was received a month ago. Terrible.
