    Very cracked

    Sadly, the stool I got was heavily cracked all around to the point of being close to splitting on one side. Variations and small cracks/chips/imperfections are perfectly normal and expected in natural wood but the ones on mine were excessive. Customer service was great in working with me towards a satisfactory solution.
