    I ordered this rug during their Black Friday Sale. When it arrived, the rug did not match the quality of the pictures at all. There were numerous areas all over the rug where the weaving came out. I understand its a natural rug and it's inevitable overtime but it was all over the rug and this is supposed to be brand new. When I emailed their customer service team, they stated it was a "clearance item and product is as is". If I would have known this rug was defective and that was the reason it was on sale, I would have just bought another rug.... please be more transparent about the quality of your left over inventory..
